Alika Cosner, Senior Vice President

Alika brings a championship mentality to commercial real estate — born from years of being a triathlete and Division 1 soccer player. “I like to tackle what 99% of people are afraid to do,” he says.

With nearly 20 years of industrial leasing and sales experience in Hawaii, Alika's deep knowledge of the industrial market is based on a higher volume of deals than other brokerage teams, so clients get greater insights on market dynamics and greater confidence in their results.

He was the driving force behind dozens of multi-tenant projects, and his proven method for securing tenants in Hawaii’s marketplace has enabled Alika to reach decision-makers and close deals with finesse possessed by few in the field. Download résumé

Michael Gomes, Associate

Michael seeks to give his clients an edge over the competition by crafting thoughtful solutions grounded in a deep understanding of individual business needs. He specializes in industrial landlord representation and industrial occupier services, for both lease and sales transactions.

In five years with the Colliers team, Michael has built deep market knowledge through analytics and collaboration with stakeholders. Born and raised in Hawaii, and a University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate, Michael always finds common ground with his clients, their history, and their goals.

Michael’s background includes 12 years of business leadership experience. He owned and operated several industrial-sector businesses, which taught him the importance of accountability, a strong work ethic, and customer service. Download résumé

Patrick McGranahan, Associate

Patrick specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation, representing clients in both lease and sales transactions. Patrick’s background in economics helps businesses evaluate their real estate needs, including site selection, lease analysis and market data.

Previously, Patrick worked as a project manager in San Francisco for a retail leasing agency and as the Southern California regional manager for a nonprofit housing developer. These experiences enable him to better uncover transaction details and the nuances of client management. Farah Cabrera, CCIM, Associate

Farah specializes in industrial commercial leasing and is focused on building strong relationships with tenants and landlords. She thrives in simplifying the complexities of commercial real estate transactions: encouraging questions and taking the time to break down concepts, so her clients are more comfortable making well-informed decisions.

Previously, Farah served as an asset manager for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, a government agency, managing over 400,000 sf of mixed-use commercial properties in Honolulu. Her 10-plus years of experience includes lease negotiations, investment acquisitions and tenant relations, to maximize portfolio returns. Melissa Bakke, Brokerage Administrator

Mel provides marketing, transaction, and administrative support to the team, ensuring deals move smoothly to closing. She coordinates documentation, manages transaction workflows, and supports operational needs.

Mel began her commercial real estate career in 2012 in Newport Beach, California as a transaction coordinator. After moving to Hawaii in 2019, she joined Colliers as a Brokerage Administrator. She developed deep knowledge of the transactional side of commercial real estate and now serves as the team's project manager.

Mel manages drafting offers for transactions, gathering documentation and maintaining deal files, assisting with daily team operations, and managing billing and invoicing. Her attention to detail and broad experience help us deliver on our promise — care beyond compare.

Katherine L. Cummins, Senior Property Manager

Katherine specializes in commercial property management and focuses on building strong relationships with tenants, ownership groups, and stakeholders. She is known for balancing operational performance with long-term asset strategy, helping property owners strengthen financial results while maintaining positive tenant partnerships.

Previously, managed the Kauai portfolio for the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, overseeing 13 industrial and commercial assets. She led operational performance, financial management, capital planning, and tenant engagement initiatives. Her work required balancing asset value preservation with long-term growth objectives while meeting institutional ownership standards.

Katherine now oversees a 50-tenant mixed-use retail center, focusing on asset strategy, budgeting, tenant retention, and capital improvements to support long-term property performance.
